Born in Saskatchewan in 1927, Jean moved to Canoe in 1963 and has been involved with the Second Harvest for the past eight years.
She was predeceased by her husband Simon, daughter Evelyn, son Robert, granddaughter Ardel, brothers Harold and Roy Hill as well as her sister Norma Griffin. She is survived by her children; Lewis (Hazel) McGuire, Beatrice (Don) Gona, Brian (Kenna) McGuire and Rose (Billy) Low, daughter in law Colleen McGuire, grandchildren; Jean, Wanda, Shawn, Crystal, Mary, Angela, Danny, Colin, Thresa and Ashley, brother Laurence (Jean) Hill, sister in law Evelyn Hill, numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and foster children.
