Joseph Owen “Joe” Adams passed away at Royal Inland Hospital, Kamloops, BC on Saturday, October 13, 2007 at the age of 82 years.
Joe was born in Drumheller, Alberta on July 21, 1925. He had lived in Vancouver for many years before moving to Salmon Arm five years ago. He loved gardening and dogs.
Joe will be lovingly remembered by his two daughters, Merridy (Brian) McDonald of Sorrento and Mellany (Rob) Allen of Prince George and extended family and friends.
A funeral service was held from the chapel of Bowers Funeral Home, Salmon Arm on Wednesday, October 17th, at 11:00 am, with Padre Norm Russell officiating and Honours were presented by comrades of the Royal Canadian Legion. Interment followed in Mount Ida Cemetery.
