Leendert ‘Len’ deSnoo, went to be with his Lord, Tuesday, March 28, in Salmon Arm BC, just after celebrating his 86th birthday. Len was born March 19th, 1931 in the small town of Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht, in the Netherlands. He was predeceased by his first wife Anna, and will be missed by his children, Joanne Leger (Andrè), Susan Berkhuizen (Fred), Art deSnoo (Diana), Bill deSnoo (Dineke), Margret Stevenson (Kent), Leonard deSnoo, Tony deSnoo (Pia) and his 16 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Len will also be missed by his wife Helen, and his many step children and their families. He will live forever in our hearts as the kind and gentle man he was.
A Memorial Service was held on Monday, April 3, 2017 at Crossroads Free Methodist Church. Memorial donations may be made to Christian Blind Mission Canada, PO Box 800, Stn. Main, Stouffville, ON, L4A 9Z9.
