We are sad to announce the passing of Phillip Cave loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend on March 4, 2013.
Phil is survived by his wife of 57 years Eileen (Thielmann), daughters Anne (Mike) Ballantyne, Pamela (Greg) Sauve, Sandra and Susan (Dwayne) Danely, his grandchildren Aaron and Brian Sauve and Dan and Mary Danley; his sister Irene Wells and brother Vince (Bea) Cave; and many loving nieces and nephews.
Phil was born in Rocky Mountain House on August 21, 1926. His family moved to Silver Creek in 1927 and then to South Canoe in 1931.
We will all miss his good humour and the way he made us laugh with his pithy remarks.
A celebration of Phil’s live will be held on May 19th at the Haney Heritage Village starting at 1:00 pm.
