Violet Elizabeth “Betty” Dubreuil, of Sorrento, BC, passed away peacefully at Bastion Place on Saturday, December 24, 2011 at the age of 90 after a battle with cancer. She is predeceased by her husband, Gene. She is survived by her sister, Peg Hayden of Ryde, Isle of Wight, England, daughter and son-in-law, Ann and Wayne Perfitt of Blind Bay, son and daughter-in-law Bill and Heather Dubreuil of Nanton, Alberta and three grandchildren, Danielle, Kyle and Jacqueline. Betty’s final wishes were that no funeral service be held but would appreciate donations to B. C. Cancer Society in memorium.
