William Leyland Pringle of Vernon, B.C. passed away peacefully in Salmon Arm Hospital, May 15 at 93. Survived by his loving children Edward Pringle and spouse Betty (Edmonton) and Donna Sookraj and spouse Dixon (Kelowna) and grandchildren, Julianna, Matthew, Amy and Lucas as well as many nephews and nieces and their families.
Predeceased by his brother Rodney Pringle (Salts Spring) and sister Dorothy Mcmillan (Kamloops) and loving wife, Sybil (married 57 years). Bill leaves a wonderful legacy and will be fondly remembered and missed by all who knew him.
A Celebration of Life will be held August 18 at First United Church in Salmon Arm, 450 Okanagan Avenue, at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to Salmon Arm Hospital which offered compassionate end of life care.
