Tourism depends on wharf dredging

we have allowed our wharf area to become filled with silt and to become virtually unusable by tourists.

We live in a well-known tourism area – one of the prettiest in B.C.

Yet we have allowed our wharf area to become filled with silt and to become virtually unusable by tourists.

We are losing our wharf access to houseboats and motorboats alike. We are losing tourism dollars. Soon we will have miles of mudlands.

What will it take to have the Salmon Arm Bay dredged? Can we get government assistance to achieve this?

Action needs to be taken before it is too late.
