Exhibition games begin Sept. 9

The Salmon Arm SilverBacks will get their first taste of action in 2011/2012 as they open their exhibition schedule at home on Friday, Sept. 9 at 7 p.m. against the Trail Smoke Eaters.

The Salmon Arm SilverBacks will get their first taste of action in 2011/2012 as they open their exhibition schedule at home on Friday, Sept. 9 at 7 p.m. against the Trail Smoke Eaters.

The SilverBacks will be back in action the following night as they travel to Royal LePage Place to take on the Westside Warriors for their first road game of the season.

The Gorillas will close out their four-game exhibition schedule the following weekend as they host the Warriors in Salmon Arm on Friday, Sept. 16 and travel to rival Vernon to face off against the Vipers the following evening.

All game times start at 7 p.m.
