Chase Curling Club is kicking off the new year with its Men’s and Ladies Bonspiel and they are looking for teams to join in the fun.
While the event itself, which is taking place Jan. 12 and 13, is co-ed, the games themselves will be women against women and men against men, says Janice Winfield, explaining that organizers decided there would be no challenge of the sexes.
The cost to take part is $160 and all teams will share meals, banquet and off-ice festivities.

Later down the road, the Chase Curling Club will also be host to the junior bonspiel on Feb. 2 and 3.
