West Martin-Patterson came away with victories in both singles and doubles tennis play at a season opening tournament at Lakeview Heights in Kelowna. In his singles final, Martin-Patterson beat a tough American college player in three sets. Wallis Thompson also played singles and doubles, coming second in both, an outstanding result for the 17-year-old up and comer.
